The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the date for conducting Engineering Services Examination (ESE) 2020. The ESE Prelims 2020 will be conducted on 5 January, 2020 across India at 42 examination centres, and the ESE Mains 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on 28 June, 2020 across India at 24 examination centres.

Steps to download SSC JE Admit Card 2019
Step 1: Visit the official website www.sscwr.net
Step 2: Click on the link ‘Status / Download Admit Card for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Contract) Examination, 2018
Step 3: Fill in the required details (Registration number, DOB, Name, etc.)
Step 4: Click on ‘Search’
Step 5: Download SSC JE Admit Card 2019
Step 6: Take a printout of the Admit Card for future reference

GAIL to Recruit Executive Trainees through GATE 2020
GAIL India limited (GAIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Unit (PSU), has announced its recruitment plan for Executive Trainees (Engineers) from Chemical and Instrumentation streams through GATE 2020 scores.

The qualifying marks in GATE 2020 will be decided by GATE 2020 conducting authority i.e. IIT Delhi. The GATE 2020 qualified candidates would be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for final selection. GATE score of 2019 or prior is not valid for this recruitment drive by GAIL.

ONGC to Recruit Graduate Trainees (E-1) through GATE 2020
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has announced its plan to recruit Graduate Trainees (E-1 level) in the Engineering and Geo-Sciences disciplines on the basis of GATE 2020 scores. ONGC is one of India’s most prominent Maharatna PSU companies.
AS per the official ONGC notification, the compensatory package at E-1 level in terms of cost to company (CTC) comes to around Rs. 20.06 Lacs .

Power Grid to Recruit Executive Trainees through GATE 2020

Registration for GATE 2020 through GOAPS Begins
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has commenced the online registration process for GATE 2020 from 03 September, 2019. Engineering students who wish to write the GATE 2020 can now register themselves through GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). GATE 2020 will be conducted by IIT Delhi on 1, 2, 8 and 9 February, 2020.
