Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL or POWERGRID), which is a Navratna conglomeration and the Central Transmission Utility (CTU) of India, has announced the recruitment plan for its 23rd batch of Executive Trainees (Engineers) through GATE 2018 scores.
This recruitment drive would be applicable for engineering students of Electrical, Electronics, Civil and Computer Science streams. Candidates interested in joining this Navratna company can register online for GATE 2018 through GOAPS. The GATE online application process (GOAPS) has commenced from 01 September, 2017, and will continue till 05 October 2017.
Power Grid will start accepting online applications for this hiring drive from 5 January, 2018. The recruitment drive will continue for a period of one month, and will end on 31 January, 2018. Power Grid will shortlist suitable candidates on the basis of their GATE 2018 scores. Once a candidate applies for GATE 2018 through GOAPS portal, he has to keep on referring the Power Grid official portal regularly for further notifications.
