ESE 2020 E-ADMIT CARD RELEASED

The UPSC has released ESE MAINS 2020 Admit card on 22nd September, 2020. Students can download the ESE 2020 ADMIT CARD directly from UPSC website. Following are the steps to be download the admit card.

  • On the homepage, click on the link that reads, “e-admit card for Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2020’
  • A new page will appear on the display screen, a new link will be flashed, Click on the link to download the admit card
  • Read the instructions and proceed and select any of the given option between roll number and registration.
  • Key in your credentials and login

The UPSC ESE admit card 2020 will be displayed on the screen, Download the admit card and take its print out for future use.

The Tie principle will be applicable in those cases where two or more candidates score equal marks in ESE. This revised tie principle will help the UPSC in deciding the ranking of candidates in the Engineering Services Examination.

CGPSC to Recruit 89 Assistant Engineers from CE, ME, and EE Branches

The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has released its recruitment notice for the post of Assistant Engineers (grade B gazetted officer) in various disciplines through Chhattisgarh State Engineering Service Examination 2020.

The State PSC will start accepting online applications from eligible candidates from 10 February, 2020. The last day of submitting online application is 10 March, 2020 (till 12 AM).

By conducting this State level engineering services exam, CGPSC is likely to fill a total of 89 vacancies. The detailed breakdown of the vacancies and departments is as below.

A candidate having degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering from a state or central government recognized university or institution is eligible to present his candidature for this recruitment drive. The eligible age criteria are minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years as on 01 st January, 2020, with an age limit of maximum 40 years for candidates who are resident of Chhattisgarh and a further age relaxation of 5 years for candidates coming under SC/ST/OBC categories of Chhattisgarh. For female candidates from Chhattisgarh state, the maximum age limit is 40 years.

Selection Process
The final list of suitable candidates will be prepared on the basis of written exam and interview.

UPPSC to Recruit 669 Assistant Engineers from CE, ME, and EE Branches

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced its recruitment plan for the post of Assistant Engineers through its Combined State Engineering Services 2019 recruitment drive. The UPPSC-AE 2019 Exam will be held on 07 June, 2020.

By conducting this Combined State Engineering Services exam, UPPSC is likely to fill a total of 692 vacancies under general recruitment from various engineering fields for various departments of the state. Out of these 692 posts, majority of the posts i.e. 669 vacancies will be filled from Civil, Mechanical and Electrical branches.
