National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited, a Maharatna Public Sector Unit (PSU) and one of the country’s largest power companies, has announced its recruitment plan for inducting Engineering Executive Trainees through GATE 2020 scores. The young graduate engineering executive trainees will be recruited from Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Instrumentation branches.
As per the official NTPC notification, the PSU will start accepting online applications from deserving candidates from 01st January, 2020. Candidates can present their candidature till 31st January, 2020.
The details about the total number of vacancies, and stream-wise vacancies would be announced later by NTPC.
The Maharatna PSU will shortlist eligible candidates on the basis of their GATE 2020 score as well as overall percentage in BE/B.Tech. Therefore, all the interested candidates are required to carefully go through the recruitment details when NTPC announces them.
Depending on the GATE 2020 score, candidates will be shortlisted for writing an Online Aptitude Test. Thereafter, on the basis of performance in the Aptitude Test, candidates will be further shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
