Interview Guidance Program

The second session includes Technical classes and Personality Development program to help students get rid of their shyness and negative personality traits. Besides, psychological aspect of the interview is given due consideration during this session.

The technical classes will be conducted under the guidance of Kanchan Sir to analyse practical situation for interview requirements. Personality Development/Current Affairs classes would be taken by experts to improve students’ confidence level.

At the end of the session, Mock Interviews will be conducted, and comprehensive feedback on personal attributes would be provided. Video recording of Mock Interviews would also be provided to students to understand their weaknesses and improve their overall personality.

• On the allotted date and time for Online Mock Interview, Login to your student zone 
• Go to Interview Course section located on the left side menu bar. Click on it and select Interviews.  
• The interview schedule box will appear on right side. Click on  "Join Live Interview" button
• Now make your camera and microphone on to start your Online Mock Interview session.
• Check your Internet connectivity and ambience lighting before starting your session.
• In case of any interruption during the Mock Interview Session, you can connect again only in the allotted time slot.
• In case of Internet breakdown or failure to reconnect during the allotted time slot, connect IES Master Help Desk at 80100 09955.
• To end the session, select the End Call button.
